Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition. Your return should be shipped by USPS insured for your protection. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt that came with your shipment. You must include a detailed explanation on the Intelladrones, RMA FORM with your exchange / return or we will not process your return. Battery packs that have been altered in any way are not covered under this policy.
Defective Merchandise: Include a brief note describing the defect on an Intelladrones, RMA FORM. Do not write on the merchandise packaging. Installing a servo constitutes used merchandise and cannot be returned. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of the origional packing list that came with your shipment. Battery packs that have been altered in any way are not covered under this policy.
Battery Packs (except Lithium Polymer packs) will be warranted to be free from defect for the period of 30 days from receipt from the buyer. Battery packs that have been altered in any way are not covered under this policy.
Lithium Cells and packs are tested prior to shipment and are therefore warranted the cells and pack will be free from defect. All other Battery packs are warranted for 30 days to be free from manufacturer defects. Individual battery cells are tested prior to shipment and are warranted to be free from defect.
IntellaDrones shall not in any way or maner be liable to the buyer under this clause unless the following conditions for the installation, use and / or operation of the product in question are strictly complied with:
1. The product is istalled and operated in accordance with the acompanied instructions and any manual issued, in conjunction with the installation and operation of the product and in accordance with generaly accepted industrial practices; and...
2. The product is used under normal conditions for which it is designed; and
3. The product receives due and proper care and maintenance; and
4. The product is used with an electrical protection system and a charger approved specifically for the product.
5. The product is not subjected to any modification or adaptation which is not authorized by Intelladrones in writing: and
6. No device, instrument, equipment (either separately or in combination) is installed for use in connection with or as part of the product, the use or combination of which has not been approved or recommended by Intelladrones in writing: and
7. The product is not allowed to completely self-discharge or be left connected to a load beyond full discrarge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at IntellaDrones.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at intelladrones@gmail.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
